Hot on the heels of being named one of the top ten Scottish gins last month, we have continued to fill our awards cabinet with a prestigious design accolade. March saw The Orkney Distillery win the silver design award from World Drinks Awards for our Arkh-Angell storm strength gin. We are so pleased to have been recognised by their panel of leading international design experts.
The design of all our bottles is very important to us as they encapsulate the bold, exploratory spirit of Orcadians. In particular, Arkh-Angell gin connects the signature ingredient of Archangelica (found on the Orkney island of Westray) with the founder’s family’s proud seafaring traditions - so it’s a very special award for us.
