We've teamed up with our friends and long-standing Orkney food champions, Jollys of Orkney, to create a partnership of flavours for this brand new product. Jollys Smoked Salmon with Kirkjuvagr Orkney Gin and Orange is now available from their online shop, the Brig Larder in Kirkwall and the Hatston shop.
We're delighted to be involved with this collaboration and the product got amazing reviews from people who tasted it at its launch at the Scotland Speciality Food Fair earlier this week.
